What a crazy week!
My grandfather passed away, so Monday my family and I drove 17 hours to Tennessee to attend his funeral and visit with my grandma. I was home for about 24 hours before Uz and I headed up to Tulsa to spend a few days there. It's been so hectic, and I'm glad to be HOME.
Meal plan this week is basically everything from last week, since I was unexpectedly away.
Monday: Crockpot Santa Fe Chicken
Tuesday: Italian Pork Sandwiches with baked zucchini sticks and marinara
Wednesday: Verde Pork Tortilla Soup
Thursday: Asian Steak Stir Fry with brown rice and green beans
Friday: leftovers
I'll try to catch up with some pictures of my time away over the last few days, but it might take a while!
