meal plan: week of 6-17-12

This week has been so hectic!  I've had training all day at work, so I'm going in early and staying late...  plus some other stuff going on that has just made life way too busy.  I think next week will be a little better... cross your fingers for me.

Saturday:  Annie's mac and cheese with mixed veggies and chicken sausage. 

Sunday lunch:  The Wedge Pizza!
Sunday dinner:  Mexican pork carnitas tacos, latin rice, salad, salsa, veggies

Monday:  pork carnitas tortas, grilled corn, grilled cabbage, fruit.

Tuesday:  Lemon garlic rosemary chicken kabobs over Greek salad.

Wednesday:  Broiled chicken thighs with feta and artichoke hearts, broccoli, grape tomatoes; salad

Thursday:  Pesto chicken with mozzarella and tomatoes, grilled veggie kabobs (zucchini, onion, bell pepper, cherry peppers, cherry tomatoes); grilled peaches

Friday:  OUT
