Making up meal plans for the next two weeks, so we don't have to worry about grocery shopping until a few days after my surgery! These plans are definitely flexible (especially week 2, because it's all on the Uz to get us food!)

LUNCH: flank steak tacos with tomatillo-avocado salsa, salad.
DINNER: pasta with homemade canned marinara, chicken sausage, broccoli

LUNCH: church lunch
DINNER: out for my Grandma's birthday
Monday 10-8-2012; Columbus Day:
LUNCH: out with the Uz!
DINNER: Cooking Light (CL) Italian Hoagies with roasted potatoes and green beans (~382 cals)
Tuesday 10-9-2012:
SkinnyTaste Pasta Bake with Spinach and Chicken Sausage (~390 cals)
Wednesday 10-10-2012:
CL Steakhouse Pizza (feta instead of bleu cheese!) with salad (~312 cals + salad)
Thursday 10-11-2012:
CL Cheesy Potato Soup and mini sliders (~447cals)
Friday 10-12-2012:
Probably Chick Fil A, because Uz has tickets to Batman Live.
Saturday 10-13-2012:
LUNCH: out!
DINNER: Something fast and easy, leftovers, etc.
Sunday 10-14-2012:
LUNCH: Over at my parents'; I requested grilled pork tenderloin!
DINNER: SkinnyTaste Slow Cook Turkey White Bean Pumpkin Chili (2 c. ~365 cals)
Monday 10-15-2012:
CL Sausage-Spinach Rice Bowl (~333 cals)
Tuesday 10-16-2012:
Going out to a restaurant of my choice!
Wednesday 10-17-2012; SURGERY:
LUNCH: Chicken noodle soup with rotisserie chicken
DINNER: I think my mom is bringing a casserole over
Thursday 10-18-2012:
LUNCH: CL Frito Chili Pie (not a wrap) (~521 cals for a big bowl, plus chips and cheese)
DINNER: leftover casserole
Friday 10-19-2012:
LUNCH: leftover casserole OR some frozen CL Fried Rice with Sweet Soy Sauce and chopped chicken I have in the freezer.
DINNER: probably send Uz to get something to eat.
Easy Emergency Uz-Friendly Meals:
Grilled cheese sandwich + tomato soup, add tortellini
Homemade pizza
Frozen pizza
Crockpot chicken tacos
CL Chicken and Vegetable Soup
Anything grilled
Quesadillas
Spaghetti and meatballs
Grilled chicken breast + salad or side
