meal plan: week of 8-26-2012

Friday night:  out to eat with a good friend of mine!

Saturday lunch:  probably something light and easy, like random veggie pizza!
Saturday dinner:  if it's not raining, we have a photography session and we'll grab a bite to eat after that; if it is raining, we will not have our session and we'll either have quesadillas or go out. 

Sunday lunch:  TABLT's (turkey, avocado BLTs) with macaroni and cheese with mixed veggies.
Sunday dinner:  chicken and rice soup

Monday:  cobb salad with baked chicken tenders and a citrus vinaigrette dressing.

Tuesday:  baked lemon pepper chicken with jasmine rice and broccoli.

Wednesday:  flank steak with warm bean salad; cantaloupe.

Thursday:  goulash and salad.

Friday:  most likely out to eat!


Nothing really exciting, still trying to clean out the freezer and fridge and keep the grocery costs down!
